About CISR
Based on Industry 4.0, Center of Information Security Research (CISR) is established on 2021 to strengthen Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) research specialisation in problem solving in terms of safety, environmentally friendly and efficient transportation and technology so that it can meet the needs of the government and private sectors. CISR has three major research areas, namely, digital forensic, network and threat analysis, and cryptography, steganography and access control.
Objective
The objectives of the establishment of the research center "Center of Information Security Research (CISR)" are as follows:

Conduct research, consultancy and commercialisation activities focusing on the field of computing security in transportation and technology that is safe, environmentally friendly and efficient and thus helps to improve the visibility of UTHM.

To make the "Center of Information Security Research (CISR)" as the main reference and advisory centre in the field of computing security, namely digital forensic, network and threat analysis, and cryptography, steganography and access control.

Creating awareness of the importance of computing security in the field of research in general, and the prospects of computing technology systems specifically.
Mission
To be a research reference centre in computing security for visibility and development and productivity of faculty and universities.
Vision
Exploring the development of computing security in transportation and safe, environmentally friendly and efficient lesteri technology through research, teaching, consultation and publication.
